Good Vibrations Accepts Je Joue’s “The G-Spot Does Exist” Challenge, Offers Role in G-Spot Sex Ed Film

SAN FRANCISCO (June 8, 2010): Good Vibrations, the legendary San Francisco-based retailer (, will be partnering with Je Joue in its summer promotion to disseminate the truth about the G-spot, and will offer one lucky person or couple a paid role in the forthcoming explicit educational film Gush: The Official Guide to the G-Spot & Female Ejaculation. The third movie in GV’s sister company Good Releasing’s Pleasure-Ed Series of sex education movies penned and hosted by Staff Sexologist Dr. Carol Queen, Gush features real couples, erotic performers choosing compatible partners they enjoy working with, and Community Voices: people talking about the film’s topic and their experiences with G-spot stimulation.

Adult toy manufacturer Je Joue, maker of the premium G-spot toy G-Ki, this summer sponsors its retail partners in getting the word out about the G-spot, which is the victim of such confusing press that some women don’t even know whether or not they have this erotic zone. “The G-Spot Does Exist” campaign enlists grown-up toy stores in getting the word out about G-spot pleasures, something Good Vibrations has been doing for nearly three decades, since Beverly Whipple, Alice Ladas, and John D. Perry’s book about the G-spot came out in 1982. To support the quest for knowledge about this sometimes mysterious area, GV staffers, from Sex Educator Sales Associates (SESAs) in its retail stores and call center to its professional sex educators (Drs. Now Good Vibrations and Good Releasing up the informational ante with Gush, and one person or couple will be selected to appear in the movie! Gush is explicit — a film genre that Carol Queen calls “ex-ed” (for “explicit education”), and the winner will have the option of a solo G-spot scene, working with an erotic performer who’s comfortable in front of the camera, or working with her own partner. If the winner is not a Bay Area resident, GV will bring her to the film shoot for a San Francisco visit (or to LA, if the shoot is scheduled to happen there).

THE FINE PRINT (Limitations and restrictions):
*You must be over 18.
*US residents only.
*Your explicit scene may not make it into the final cut of the movie: it will depend upon your comfort on film, to be determined by the film’s directors.
*You will be able to be in the film regardless because we’ll include your story of G-spot discovery, favorite tips, or other narrated content.
*You must be willing to sign a release and provide two forms of ID, though you may choose a pseudonym for the project if you choose. Please do not enter this contest if you aren’t sure you want to be part of an explicit movie.
*We will cover airfare from your closest major airport and 2 nights of accommodation and per diem. You may stay longer in SF (or LA) if you choose, but you’ll be responsible for all other expenses.
*GV retains the right and sole decision-making and discretion in choosing the winner of this contest for participations in the Good Releasing G-spot movie.
* By submitting your application you agree that GV/Good Releasing may use your story and/or footage and that you may be quoted (by pseudonym if you wish) or promoted via our normal channels (social media, web site/s, GVTV, etc.). *While GV/GR retains sole discretion of winner, entry selection, etc, if you want to send in your favorite G-Ki story then we will be happy to share it with Je Joue for their promotional use.
* Video submissions may NOT use music you are not the sole owner and publisher of in the background.
*Winning video participant/s will receive financial compensation (industry standard, amount to be determined) for their appearance in Gush.
*There is no compensation for submitting your video or essay.
*If no winner is picked from this round of applications, GV/GR will continue its search for the next G-spot movie star/s.
*If the winner of this contest prefers to appear in a future Good Releasing movie rather than Gush, that can be negotiated.
